# Official Terms and Conditions: ISC2 Security Congress 2026 Prize Drawing

**1. Sponsor.** This prize drawing is sponsored by Confidencial, Inc. ("Confidencial"), 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Suite AD124, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by ISC2, LEGO, or Lucasfilm. LEGO and Star Wars are trademarks of their respective owners.

**2. No purchase necessary.** No purchase of any kind is required to enter or win.

**3. Eligibility.** The drawing is open to registered attendees of ISC2 Security Congress 2026 who are the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Employees of Confidencial, their immediate family members, and individuals who work for a company that competes with Confidencial are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

**4. How to enter.** To enter, book a meeting with Confidencial at [www.confidencial.io/resources/isc2-2026](http://www.confidencial.io/resources/isc2-2026) before October 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Bookings made after this time are not eligible. To remain eligible, the booked meeting must take place and be completed before the drawing. Each person may enter once, regardless of the number of meetings booked.

**5. Prize.** One (1) LEGO Star Wars TIE Interceptor™ set, with an approximate retail value of USD $229, before tax. Winners residing outside the United States and Canada will receive a gift card of equal value instead of the set. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Confidencial may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the set becomes unavailable.

**6. Drawing and notification.** One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 23, 2026. Confidencial will contact the winner by email at the address used for booking. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or cannot be verified as eligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

**7. Prize delivery.** Confidencial will arrange with the winner to mail the prize at no cost to the winner. Winners outside the United States and Canada will receive their gift card by email. Confidencial is not responsible for prizes that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit due to an incorrect address.

**8. Taxes and compliance.** The winner is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the prize, and for compliance with their employer's policies on accepting gifts or prizes. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the winner.

**9. Use of personal information.** Information collected through booking is used to schedule and hold the meeting, to run the drawing, and to contact the winner. By booking, entrants agree to be contacted about their meeting. **10. Winner announcement.** Confidencial will not publish the winner's name.

**11. General conditions.** Confidencial may cancel, suspend, or modify the drawing if it cannot be run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, or any cause outside its control. Entrants who tamper with the process or provide false information will be disqualified. By entering, entrants agree to these terms and to the decisions of Confidencial, which are final.
